No 18 Winterton Valley has been privately owned by the same family for over 30 years and all of our family has enjoyed staying at the chalet over the years. A decision was made in early 2016 to allow a wider scope of holiday makers to enjoy our personal escape. A long overdue full refit and finish of the chalet was undertaken during the summer of 2016. The chalet has been completely rewired and re-plastered. We have fully insulated the roof and put in new ceilings. A new bathroom suite installed as well as a new hot water system. We even moved some of the internal walls to make better use of the space available. Brand new flooring and carpeting throughout as well as new high quality beds in the bedrooms. We have achieved a very comfortable and stylish living environment. We strongly believe this is the best chalet you and your family can stay at on the whole estate.
Ample parking is available very close to the chalet. The grounds are beautifully maintained and looked after.
Perfectly geared up to a relaxing sea side holiday escape as only a 5 minute walk to the glorious sand dunes, which are a protected nature reserve and a clean, sandy beach.
A 10 minute wander takes you into Winterton Village itself. A stunning and beautiful village. It has a couple of village shops, a very good fish and chip shop and pub which serves great food and also dog friendly. Car access to the beach can be found through the village which has its own beach side café.
Hemsby village with its amusement arcades and nightlife can either be accessed by a walk through the dunes or a short drive away.
Further on, Great Yarmouth with its extensive shops amusements and nightlife is approx. 15 min drive away
