Terms and Conditions of Booking

Booking is only available on No 18 Winterton Valley Estate. We do not have any other available chalets that can be booked through us. The chalet is available for families, couples or singles only. Site rules do not allow any bookings to be taken from all male or all female groups under the age of 25.

A deposit of £75 per week or weekend is required on all bookings, and the balance is required 4 weeks before your first day of arrival. You can settle via BACS or Cheque. Full payment details will be sent via your booking confirmation form.

Dogs must be kept under control at all times. Please clear up after your pet whilst on the park. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times on the holiday park. You can let well behaved dogs off leads on the beach and dunes however.

Please leave the chalet clean and tidy after your stay (cleaning equipment is available in the chalet) ready for the next guests. A key box by the door will provided for easy access upon arrival. Please place the keys back in the key box on leaving the chalet.

We do not charge extra for bedding and you will find a king sized duvet, two single duvets and plenty of pillows. Unless otherwise agreed, please bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

If you prefer to not bring your own linen, you can use the linen in the chalet provided as there is everything you need including duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases etc. However there is a £35 supplement on top of the booking to cover the costs of cleaning after use. Please leave used linen at the foot of the bed so they can be collected by the maid and cleaned.

Important: Please bring your own towels and toiletries as these are generally not provided due to the difficulties in cleaning and drying on tight turnarounds. With the outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020, the rules for bringing your own towels for both bath and beach use is further enforced. The chalet will be fully sanitised between bookings for everyone’s safety.


New for 2023. We have now upgraded our always on 4g internet connection to an unlimited deal, so please feel free to use the internet without limit. Internet speeds are also fast so great for streaming services

We are also installing a new Smart TV this summer to make the most of our new faster internet.


It happens! Plates, mugs etc. can easily get broken by accident. Its not a problem, but please tell us after your stay so we can make sure we replace them. Any other damages or theft to the property need to be reported to us straight away however.
